Capsule is a smart, simple web-based customer relationship management (CRM) tool for managing all your company's relationships and interactions with customers and leads. This Capsule spreadsheet integration for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel enables you to import data from your Capsule CRM account, like leads, contacts, companies and activities. This add-on will enable you to integrate on-demand, refreshable customer management data without leaving your spreadsheet.

For example, with this Excel and Google Sheets add-on you can:

  • Import a list of your Capsule CRM opportunities, including first and last name, description, milestone, probability and value.

Capsule List Opportunities

Returns a list of opportunties from Capsule

Syntax

Parameters

Notes

The following properties are allowed:

  • id: the id of the opportunity
  • owner_id: the id of the owner of the opportunity
  • owner_username: the username of the owner of the opportunity
  • owner_name: the name of the owner of the opportunity
  • owner_pictureurl: the url for the picture profile for the owner of the opportunity
  • party_id: the id of the party for the opportunity
  • party_type: the type of party for the opportunity; either 'person' or 'organisation'
  • party_name: the name of the party for the opportunity
  • party_firstname: the first name of the party for the opportunity
  • party_lastname: the last name of the party for the opportunity
  • party_pictureurl: the url for the picture profile for the party for the opportunity
  • description: a description of the opportunity
  • duration: the duration of the opportunity
  • duration_basis: the time unit for the duration
  • milestone_id: the id of the milestone for the opportunity
  • milestone_name: the name of the milestone for the opportunity
  • probability: the probability of winning the opportunity
  • value_amt: the amount the opportunity is worth
  • value_currency: the currency type of the opportunity
  • created: the date the opportunity was created
